Biography
Clone Wars
Roughly halfway through the Clone Wars, Keldor pitched the idea for the Eye of Palpatine to Palpatine. He became chief architect, and three years after its pitch, early in 18 BBY, his idea became reality.[2]
Attack on Belsavis
With the Eye now functional, he went aboard it alongside Demetrius Zaarin and Ameesa Darys, and they met Octavian Grant at Farstine. There, they were attacked by rebels, and Keldor remarked that the Eye's automated weapons had not been tested for use against capital ships. Following the defeat, he went with it the Moonflower Nebula, where it was boarded by Callista Masana and Geith Eris. Keldor eventually recognized the problem but thought it resolved after Callista's bodily death. However, her spirit remained merged with the Eye, which she used to attack the arriving Star Destroyer Salvation. Keldor recognized that his creation was out of control and bailed aboard an escape pod, which was picked up by the Valediction, which travelled to Belsavis to carry out the mission that the Eye had been assigned to.[2]
Keldor knew that Palpatine would want revenge for the Eye's failure, so during the chaos of the Destruction of Plett's Well, he fled from the Valediction and escaped to parts unknown.[2]

Keldor was thickly built with dark hair and eyes, pale skin, and beak-like nose.
