Ederlathh Pallopides
Ederlathh Pallopides is an existing character from Legends.[1]
Biography
A remote great-niece of Palpatine, Pallopides spent part of her childhood before the age of four in the city of Narmle on Naboo's moon Rori.
At some point, Ederlathh moved to Coruscant, where she lived in the Imperial Palace and often played with Irek Ismaren, the son of the Emperor's concubine Roganda Ismaren and the Emperor's Hand Sarcev Quest. Irek showed her the hidden corridors behind the walls of the Palace, and they often hid there to spy on grownups. They were frequently afraid of Quest, calling him the "bad man."
Some time after the Emperor's death at Endor, Ederlathh's guardian Dame Vita Veruna arranged for herself and Ederlathh to live as guests in the Pendarian embassy of Ambassador Sa-Di, as she felt that the Palace was getting too dangerous as a result of the power struggles in the Empire. When the false Kadann announced his intention to attack Coruscant in late 5 ABY, Veruna made plans to return to Narmle with Ederlathh; however, when it turned out Kadann had been killed and the attack would not happen, she promised Ederlathh that she would make inquiries about moving back into the Palace.
In early 6 ABY, Ederlathh was living in the Imperial Palace again, where she eavesdropped on Sarcev Quest from behind a wall as he arranged a deal with the President of the Department of Punishment to create a file denouncing Ysanne Isard. When Quest fell under the influence of the Kaan Heptad, he pulled Ederlathh out of the wall and desperately told her they needed to warn Palpatine of Quest's plot to kill him. However, Palpatine's influence faded before anything could come of it.[2]
