The Vanguard was an Acclamator-class Assault Ship used during the Clone Wars at the Battle of Bandomeer of 14-16 months ABG.[1]
History
After the initial invasion, the Vanguard was used to prevent the Separatists and Babteer Pil from escaping Selbar, but it failed to prevent the arrival of the Venture. In light of this failure, Sadiya Keldon swapped it with the larger Kalpana.[1]
The Vanguard returned to Selbar's airspace on the 2nd day of month 16 ABG, after the Kalpana was destroyed. Sadiya Keldon and Djinn Altis both came aboard, fleeing the initial engagement over Selbar. They attempted to fight off Grievous's fleet, led by the Demask, but they were tricked into retreating.[1]
