Aren Dorja
Dorja is an existing character from Legends.[1] His first name "Aren" is original to ReExpanded.[2]
Biography
War council at Annaj
Two days after the Battle of Endor, Captain Dorja attended Jerec's war council aboard the Super Star Destroyer Vengeance in the Annaj system. After Jerec announced his attention to build a new Empire and find the Valley of the Jedi, Dorja left together with Pellaeon and other captains, renouncing both Jerec's authority and that of Admiral Harrsk, who was heading for the Deep Core.[2]
Battle of Tyan
Dorja and his Star Destroyer Relentless were present at the battle of Tyan in 12 ABY. The 181st Imperial Fighter Wing was stationed on Relentless during the battle. After Lusankya fled upon the arrival of Admiral Pellaeon's flagship Reaper, Pellaeon left Dorja and Relentless behind in the system to oversee cleanup operations, including the salvage of a World Devastator which had crashed on Tyan after being bombarded by Lusankya. During the battles of Obredaan and Orinda, Pellaeon had Dorja remain at Tyan and stand ready in case reinforcements were needed.[2]
Death
Aren Dorja died in his bed in 36 ABY. Gilad Pellaeon remembered him as one of the few Imperial leaders who had died peacefully at Garm Bel Iblis' funeral in 37 ABY.[2]
