RalWeelthip was a Meerian who lived in Selbar during the Battle of Bandomeer who became unemployed after the Republic blockade cut him off from his work in the mines of Vulca Minerals.[1] Late in the 15th month of the Clone Wars, he joined the Babteer Pil in exchange for extra rations for himself and his family. He fought on the ground at the battle's conclusion, and he was nearly killed by a Clone Trooper before being saved by General Grievous's Decoy.[1]
