Keefe's Needle

Keefe's Needle was a cargo hauler owned by Melia Keefe. Together with her children Lora and Pameen, Melia traveled from Pedducis Chorios in the Keefe's Needle after they won the Imperial Lottery which allowed them to settle on Byss. However, the Keefes had been infected with droch parasites as part of a plan by Seti Ashgad to take revenge on Palpatine. After a series of erratic hyperspace jumps, Keefe's Needle ended up in the Hoth system, where the Keefes succumbed to the parasites. The ship was subsequently decontaminated and taken over by Zak and Tash Arranda and their uncle Hoole, who took on the Keefes' identities in order to travel to Byss.
