Jorn

Jorn was a citizen of the city surrounding the Emperor's Citadel on Byss. In 4 ABY, eight months after the Battle of Endor, he was an old man and a neighbor of Zak and Tash Arranda. When the reborn Palpatine threw Force lightning from the tip of the Citadel, Jorn told Zak and Tash not to worry, as the lightning never went anywhere else.
