Nam Chorios is an existing planet from Legends.[1]
In 3 ABY, the Seti Ashgad set a plan in motion from his exile on Nam Chorios to poison Byss by infecting a family from nearby Pedducis Chorios with drochs after they won tickets to Byss in the Imperial Lottery. In 4 ABY, Beldorion the Hutt realized Ashgad's plan had failed when the reborn Emperor touched him through the Force, and in late 5 ABY, Beldorion attempted to kill Ashgad in retaliation for his plan, under compulsion from Palpatine through the Kaan Heptad.[2]
