History

Battle of Endor

At the Battle of Endor, the Eleemosynary was among the last to escape from the Death Star, barely avoiding the blast radius. While his fellow Grand Admirals Makati and Takel were fleeing, and Eleemosynary was being cornered by elements of the Rebel fleet, Osvald Teshik gave command of the fleet to Gilad Pellaeon aboard the Chimaera and ordered him to have the fleet regroup at the nearest sector base. In the meantime, Teshik promised to hold off the Rebels for as long as he could. After a four-hour slugging match, chiefly with the Dornean gunships Tarktarok and Braha'tok, Eleemosynary was overwhelmed and rendered unsalvageable, and Teshik was captured by the Rebel Alliance.
