The Chu'unthor is an existing vehicle from Legends.[1]
Description
Exterior
The Chu'unthor was a large, blocky ship which looked like it had been cobbled together using different parts from half a dozen centuries-old freighters. Its mass was roughly half that of an Acclamator-class Assault Ship. It was capable of splitting apart into three separate sections, but only the main part had a hyperdrive.[2]
Interior
Its top deck featured a transparisteel bubble ceiling 20 meters wide that looked up into the stars, while the floor of that area was covered in a rock garden with water streams and a diverse array of plants. It had a shockingly well-stocked medical bay as well as a large warehouse. If tightly packed, it had room for about 200,000 passengers.[2]
History
Before the Empire
At some point. Djinn Altis kept the Chu'unthor in the atmosphere Bespin for several years.[2]
Great Jedi Purge
At some point prior to 18 BBY, the Chu'unthor was chased by Imperials, and Istar Ismaren gave her life to protect the ship. In 18 BBY, it rendezvoused with Clan Skirata.[2] Afterwards, it aided the Bavinyar Avengers during the Blockade of Bavinyar, helping to evacuate civilians from Bavinyar after the hijacked Valediction cleared a path for it.[2] After rendezvousing with the rest of their allies, Altis brought the ship to an uncharted world, where the refugees could become settlers.[2]
