Charnak was a Dornean battleship whose bridge was set low against the hull.
History
Battle of Rathalay
In 27 ABY, Etahn A'baht brought Charnak to the Rathalay system from Dornea as part of a six-ship relief force, to aid A'baht's old friend Pollum Morano in the battle of Rathalay against the Yuuzhan Vong. However, Morano was already dead when Charnak arrived in the system. Towards the end of the battle, Charnak helped hold back the Yuuzhan Vong forces long enough for the remaining New Republic forces to flee. Afterwards, A'baht and his first officer Kiles L'toth took Charnak back to Dornea.
Joint fleet exercise at Anaxes
In 37 ABY, Charnak took part in the joint fleet exercise at Anaxes under the command of Been L'toth. At this point, Charnak was considered an old ship.[1]
