Inquisitorius

The Inquisitorius is an existing organization from Legends.

After the death of the Emperor at Endor, the Inquisitorius was one of the few Imperial organizations that remained stable despite the infighting in the Empire's ranks. Unlike the Ubiqtorate, which kept operating behind the scenes as usual, the Inquitorious followed a strategy of allowing its agents to pledge loyalty to whoever was in power in their region, while still reporting to the Citadel Inquisitorius on Prakith, overseen at the time by High Inquisitor Shynne, and carrying out the Inquisitorius' main mission of hunting down and killing or breaking Force-sensitives.

In late 5 ABY, the janitor of a Ubiqtorate facility on Phindar called in the Inquisitorius to take care of a Force-sensitive youth, Ken, who called himself "Qaga Lok" at the time and was subsequently entered into the Inqisitorius registry as "Candidate QL." Grand Inquisitor Yiaso evaluated the candidate aboard his ship, the Voltage, then passed him on to High Inquisitor Volytar near the Botajef system. When the candidate disabled Volytar's ship, the Whisper Bird, and killed Volytar, High Inquisitor Halmere was dispatched to the system with a Lictor-class dungeon ship. Transferring the candidate to the dungeon ship cost the life of Apprentice Inquisitor Doondagh and resulted in the complete destruction of the Whisper Bird. Afterwards, Candidate QL was transferred to the Citadel Inquistorius without further issue, where High Inquisitor Shynne placed him in a stasis field until he was picked up by Sa-Di and brought to Palpatine on Byss.
