Elcho Kressh is an existing character from Legends.[1]
His father Ludo Kressh created the Carbonite Sith Army for Elcho's use and hid it in a cave on Rhelg. However, Elcho died before he could follow the holocron his father had made to guide him to the army. The holocron ended up in Palpatine's collection five millennia later, and the Carbonite Sith Army was eventually discovered and awakened by the Nightsister Silri in 5 ABY.[2]
