Caramere Tower

The Caramere Tower was the second largest skyscraper in Imperial City's CoCo Town, surpassed only by the nearby Pom Spire, until the destruction of both buildings in 5 ABY. With hundreds of thousands of sentients living on nine hundred floors, it was one of the most densely inhabitated places on Coruscant. Its weight rested on sixteen duracrete pillars, one of which abutted the Caramere Canyon, and it had its own security force, Caramere Security.

In 5 ABY, after a series of attacks on Imperial City infrastructure, Lieutenant Vaartsoon of Imperial Intelligence investigated the foundations of Caramere Tower for signs of sabotage. After linking up with Sergeant Erkin of the CoCo Constabulary, they realized that it was not Caramere Tower being attacked, but Pom Spire. From atop Caramere Tower, Baddon Fass was crashing vehicles into the base of Pom Spire until the Spire fell, crashing into Caramere Tower and causing it to collapse as well.
