Brookish Boon was a Sy Myrthian political commentator active during the Clone Wars. Though critical of the Republic's role in the Clone Wars, Boon enjoyed a life of luxury on the galactic capital of Coruscant, funded largely by bribes and other ill-gotten gains.[1]
Biography
Personality and traits
Boon was egotistical and vain, and often looked down on other sentients. Despite his boorish demeanor and propensity for taking bribes, Boon advocated for what he believed to be the Republic's best interest.
He explicitly loathed Palpatine; he viewed the loyalists as spineless and "sycophantic." As host of the political program BlueIris, he openly attacked anyone who did not share his political views.
However, Boon did have a softer side, especially when relating to his homeworld of Sy Myrth. He was fond of Toonbuck Toora, believing her to be the best Senator Sy Myrth ever had.
