The Battle of the Bes System was a conflict in the 14th month of the Clone Wars in which Mace Windu destroyed a pirate base backed by the Confederacy of Independent Systems.[1]

The battle was reported on by the HoloNet News Outer Rim Borderlands Subnet, who promoted it as a major Republic success in reversing the Confederacy's momentum.[1] The Holy Ugor Taxation Collection Agency protested that the ships were attacked unjustly and demanded two and a half-fold reparations, while the Squibs rejoiced over the result.[1]
