Harloen is an existing planet from Legends.[1]
History
During the Clone Wars, Harloen joined the Alliance of Neutral Worlds, forbidding Republic and Separatist ships alike from travelling through their territory and acting as a roadblock along the Hydian Way.[2] Jedi and Separatist diplomats were sent to attempt to negotiate passage through the system.[2] The Republic couldn't match the Separatist bribes, and a Jedi Padawan went off on an idealistic crusade that offended Harloen's government. Stass Allie was the Jedi who tried to stall and prevent the situation from getting fully out of hand, and she sent Republic Commandos after the Padawan.[2]
