High Inquisitor Shynne is an existing character from Legends.

At some point in her youth, Shynne had a strained relationship with Sa-Di.

Shynne oversaw the Citadel Inquisitorius on Prakith as early as 5 ABY, when she took receipt of the boy Ken, who at this point called himself "Qaga Lok" and was listed as "Candidate QL" in the Inquisitorius registry, from High Inquisitor Halmere. In late 5 ABY, Sa-Di stopped by the Citadel on his way to Byss, wishing to take a candidate to Palpatine as a gift. After Shynne showed him numerous candidates, including Brakiss, Sa-Di opted to take Ken instead, despite Shynne's warnings.
