Rajah Ubooki, also known as the false Supreme Prophet Kadann, is an existing character from Legends.

Biography
Ubooki escaped from the Lost City of the Jedi on Yavin IV with the help of Triclops. Using parts from the wreck of Azure Angel, Ubooki and Triclops built a makeshift spaceship that took them to nearby Krylon by sublight speed. There, Ubooki was able to secure a ship using his influence over members of the Church of the Dark Side. He traveled to Space Station Scardia with Triclops, where they found the other false Prophets dead, except for the young apprentice Prophet Locor.

Ubooki then publicly announced his intention to conquer Coruscant and unseat Ysanne Isard via the holonet, inviting all Imperial splinter groups to join him. However, the Dark Jedi who had killed the other false Prophets, Azrakel, had been waiting for his return aboard Grand Admiral Makati's flagship Steadfast near Space Station Scardia.

Just before Makati and Azrakel attacked, Mammon Hoole tracked Ubooki and Triclops to Scardia, where he intended to retrieve Triclops to deliver both him and Ken, whom he had captured earlier, to the Emperor. Instead, Ubooki captured Hoole and trapped him in a cage designed to hold shapeshifters in his throne room. Freed by Locor, Ken Palpatine confronted Ubooki and Triclops in the throne room, just as Grand Admiral Makati began his attack on the space station. When the turbolaser bombardment opened the throne room to space, Ubooki was saved by a personal emergency force field that kept both him and Ken in a pressurized bubble amidst the destruction. Moments later, however, Azrakel descended into the throne room and killed the unconscious Ubooki with the Force.
